Welcome to Seoul Beauty Pro. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seoul Beauty Pro, 9600 Rue Meilleur, Suite 104, Montréal, Quebec H2N 2E3, Canada. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Seoul Beauty Pro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced here (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, territory or state of residence to buy from us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We sell authentic Korean skincare, hair care, body care and makeup bought from authorized Korean retail and brand channels per order and shipped from Seoul. Products are the Korean retail versions; packaging, language and formulation may differ from versions sold in North American stores. Colours and appearance may differ from how they look on your screen. Product information is provided by the brands and is for general guidance only; it is not medical advice. Always read the label, patch test new products and consult a professional if you have a skin condition, allergy or are pregnant.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing or availability errors, or where a product cannot legally be shipped to your country. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. If we cancel or change an order we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided and refund any amount already paid. Purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (and in US dollars for US customers) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order, as stated in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs duties and import charges, which are shown at checkout or collected by the carrier where applicable. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current payment information and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DUTIES AND RISK OF LOSS
Orders ship from Seoul, South Korea, under our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Canadian orders enter duty-free under the Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement; applicable taxes may be collected on delivery. US orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier fees, which are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier before delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to your address.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 - REGULATED PRODUCTS
Sunscreens are regulated as drugs in Canada and the United States. We only offer sunscreens that are authorized for sale in your country. You are responsible for complying with any import rules that apply to you.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including our name, logo, text, images, product write-ups and the design and arrangement of the site, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the authentic products we sell. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not copy, reproduce, scrape or redistribute any part of them without our written consent.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Seoul Beauty Pro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Seoul Beauty Pro. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Seoul Beauty Pro, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Seoul Beauty Pro.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Personal information we collect through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services, as described in Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, photos, suggestions or other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish and display it in connection with the Services. You confirm you own the content, that it is accurate and lawful, and that any compensation or incentive you received has been disclosed. We may remove content we consider unlawful, misleading or objectionable.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders affected by an error, with a full refund, at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose; to infringe anyone's rights; to transmit false or misleading information, spam, viruses or malicious code; to scrape, copy or extract data from the Services by automated means, including bots and AI agents, without our written permission; to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or to impersonate any person or entity. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

SECTION 14 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by us or required by law, the Services and the products offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seoul Beauty Pro and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

SECTION 16 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seoul Beauty Pro, Shopify and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and licensors from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Services.

SECTION 17 - CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the consumer laws of your province, territory or state. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with those rights, the law prevails.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and replace any prior agreements.

SECTION 19 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them without notice to you.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, you and we agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.

SECTION 21 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
